What small thing can I do to move forward? What is the positive side of this problem? Every situation has its negative and positive sides. Concentrate on the positive sides.
4. PLAY GAMES
To get in shape, you need exercise. There are exercises for the brain as well. Sudoku, chess, crossword or applications you could install on your phone. Exercise your brain daily. It increases problem-solving skills.
