There’s something so gorgeous about vintage engagement rings. In my opinion, its one of the ultimate statement engagement rings. It’s so much fun to imagine the story that went on before you owned it, and vintage rings are always so beautifully made and intricate. You may even find a one-of-a-kind ring, which is and even if it’s not, the chances of someone you know having the same vintage ring as you is incredibly rare!

2. A Roman Numerals Ring

I recently saw this on Pinterest and instantly fell in love with the concept. The ring is shaped into your anniversary in Roman numerals. While it may more so be a ring that you use a wedding ring rather than an engagement ring, due to the anniversary, you could always get the day you started dating as the anniversary in the ring rather than your wedding date!

3. A Unique Shape

Everyone has a round diamond, or a princess cut diamond. If you want a diamond ring but don’t want to be like everyone else, a unique shape is perfect for you. There are so many unique shapes you could get, like a hexagonal shape, or an emerald, or something else entirely. You can still be unique while going the diamond route!

4. A Unique Stone

As rustic weddings become more and more mainstream, there are a variety of other stones out there that make great engagement rings. A simple search on Etsy will pull up a ton of different raw stones and rings that will absolutely enchant you!

5. Tree Bark Rings

Although this may be more of a wedding ring as well, I think that this would make such a great engagement ring as well. Just like with raw stones, they’ve become much more mainstream just like rustic wedding themes have. Tree bark rings are simple rings that have been etched and detailed to look like tree bark. I’ve seen them sold in sets too, which means that you can use them as wedding rings or engagement rings!

6. A Raw Diamond

No matter your wedding theme, a raw diamond is the perfect ring to be a little unique without getting too crazy. A raw diamond looks natural and perfect, especially if you love a more natural style. If so, a natural diamond ring is perfect for you!

7. Design Your Own

It may seem so expensive and out of your price range to design your own ring, but there are actually a lot of more cost-effective choices available. If you can’t find any engagement rings that you absolutely love, a design-your-own option may be just what you’re looking for!
