Cute piercings don't have to be on your face. Maybe you want a piercing that's for your eyes only. Maybe you want to look great in your bathing suit next summer. Either way, a navel ring is an adorable addition to your body. Just make sure you have the time and patience for it to heal. It takes six months for it to heal fully, so you can't take it out for half of a year.

2. Industrial Piercing

Getting a bar across your upper ear may seem strange, but it's becoming a popular piercing. You can get the bar in any color imaginable. As you can imagine, this procedure consists of two separate piercings, so that the bar can slip into each side. It's a bit difficult to clean the piercing, so you need to make sure you have the time to do so. You wouldn't want your cute earring to get infected.

3. Lip Ring

You can pierce your lip in a few different ways. You can choose the location that it is placed in, but make sure that you take good care of it, so that you don't ruin your lips. It takes one to three months to heal, and you should refrain from drinking alcohol or putting any kind of strong soap near your lips. You don't want to irritate a fresh piercing. If you think you can handle it, and look good while doing so, go out and get one!

4. Tongue Piercing

If you can handle talking with a lisp for a while, you should think about getting your tongue pierced. A hole is created through the center of your tongue, where the jewelry would be placed. The tongue heals fast, so if you remove your tongue ring, the hole can close up quickly. Don't get this piercing if you plan on taking it out often. You don't want to pay for the procedure, and then have the hole disappear on you.

5. Eyebrow Piercing

Have you ever seen a woman with an eyebrow piercing? They're cute, right? If you ask for an eyebrow ring, you can choose its exact placement. Make sure you place it in the right spot, so that you don't go through the pain for no reason. It takes at least six months for it to heal, so make sure you're the patient type.

6. Nose Piercing

You can get a small stud in your nose, or you can get a hoop through your septum. The decision is all yours. Like any piercing, just make sure that your employer doesn't mind you wearing it around your workplace. You don't want to get a piercing and be forced to remove it. There's no point in getting something that you'll never be allowed to wear.

7. Second Hole

If you want to stick to something simple, get a second hole above your traditional ear piercing. It’s not too bold of a move, but it’ll make you look fabulous. You don’t have to do something drastic in order to change your look. Sometimes, something simple can have a huge impact. Whatever makes you happy, you should do!
